I like to think of myself as one of the women Aretha Franklin sang about in “Sisters Are Doin’ It for Themselves”. That is why I coach women who already embody that energy—or those who are ready to step into it.

My psychology degree, hypnotherapy training, coaching experience and life lessons, sets me apart from other wellbeing coaches. I take a holistic view, as many of our challenges stem from a lack of knowledge and confidence. When we don’t feel confident, valued, heard and we get stuck in a rut, this affects our well-being.
