I am Amma Mae, Confidence & Personal Style Coach.

Inspired by the spirit of “Sisters Are Doin’ It for Themselves,” I work with women who are ready to fully own their independence, confidence, and presence.

With a background in psychology, hypnotherapy, personal training and coaching, my approach is both intuitive and strategic, helping you create transformation that is felt internally and seen externally.

I take a holistic approach to confidence, identity and personal presentation, helping you align how you feel with how you show up. So you can step forward with clarity, confidence and a presence that reflcets the woman you have become.
